Holden Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
June 7, 2010
Public Safety Building Tour and Senior Center
Members of the Finance Committee toured the new Public Safety Building with the Building Committee beginning at 5:00. The Finance Committee reconvened at the Senior Center at 7:00.
Members Present: Al Berg, Jim Dunn, Paul Challenger, Peter Lacy, Rick Bates, Glenn Gaudette @7:15, Don Mancini, Marilynn Foley (Peter and Jim did not go on the tour of the Public Safety Building)
The meeting was called to order at 7:03.
The Committee reviewed and discussed the prior budget year. Paul made a list of ideas (suggestions) for the budget process for F/Y 2011 to be presented to the Town Manager. The Committee discussed the ideas for planning the upcoming F/Y budget year.
A motion by Rich 2nd by Paul to accept the minutes of May 17, 2010 was voted unanimously (abstained Peter).
The meeting adjourned at 9:20.
